Mining Tax Debate

The stalemate over the mining tax continues --- with Treasurer Wwayne Swan suggesting the Coalition is stoking the fire --- for their own political gain.

It follows news yesterday --- smaller and middle size mining companies have re-launched their mining advertisements --- just one week into the election campaign.

Mr Swan says it's clear the debate is benefiting the opposition.
