The debate of the resources tax is set to heat up again --- with smaller mining companies re-launching their advertising campaign.

A groundswell of dissatisfaction from smaller resources companies could prove hardazous for the Prime Minister, just one week into the election campaign.

But Treasurer and Deputy Leader WAYNE SWAN is brushing off the campaign --- saying his boss has shown she's capable of negotiating with disgruntled companies.
